Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix


The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix, or PVGP as it is often known, is a unique historic racing festival held on the city streets in and around Schenley Park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. PVGP has been hosted in the Steel City since 1984, and has grown from a one-day private race to an event exciting to any enthusiast and benefitting both the Autism Society of America and the Allegheny Valley School. What was once a racing event is now a 2,000-vehicle international car show with food and vendors across the Bob O’Conner Golf Course where spectators (usually numbering close to 200,000) overlook the races (now featuring a total of over 180 historic race cars) held on the city streets below.
